My journey began with my own struggles with hormonal imbalances and the overwhelming feelings that often come from navigating modern life. Like many women, I felt lost, frustrated, and unsure of where to turn for support. It was during this challenging time that I discovered the power of understanding our bodies’ origins—how they evolved and the principles that govern our health.
As I delved deeper, I found a professional path that aligned with my passion for wellness and women’s health. My training in health coaching and specialization in women’s hormone health not only equipped me with valuable tools but also reinforced my belief in this direction. Witnessing the positive changes in my own life—and in the lives of others—confirmed that I was on the right path.
Through research and personal experience, I learned that the solutions to my struggles were not just found in conventional medicine but in honoring the fundamental principles of health that have stood the test of time. This revelation inspired me to create after origin, a space where women can find clarity and empowerment on their health journeys.
Though I’m still not exactly where I want to be with my health, I want to share the insights I've gained along the way and help women to start their own health journey. Personal wellbeing is an ongoing process and small changes can lead to significant results over time.

After origin is my heat-project, rooted in a deep believe that modern life needs to be more aligned to how we as humans evolved and function - our origin. There are so many things that are out of balance and have changed too rapidly in the past, so our bodies - and our health - can't keep up with that. Additionally, we as women have come second in the equation for far too long.
All of this is rooted in the deep believe that modern life can easily take a toll on our health.
My concept is simple and I want to share it with you.
Understanding who we are as humans, who we are as women, to me, is aligning with our origin. That includes understanding how we evolved, what we need on a biological level, and how our bodies function. Living after that origin will ultimately result in better wellbeing and happiness.
