afterorigin coaching is for all women, regardless of age, who are committed and open to making positive changes in their lives. Whether you're seeking to optimize your health, achieve hormonal balance, find symptom relief, or simply desire a deeper connection with your body, this coaching is for you. We'll discover your path together, even if you don't yet know your exact goals or the underlying problems.

We uniquely focus on working with your body's natural rhythms, especially your menstrual cycle and female biology. We are not a workout coach, nor do we provide strict meal plans. Other care often looks at things in isolation or disregards our cyclical nature and the shifts that each phase and life season brings with being a woman.

How do I know if I’m ready for coaching?

In which language are the coaching sessions held?
Coaching sessions are primarily conducted in English. If you're uncomfortable with English, I can do my best to conduct the session in Norwegian.
What afterorigin coaching is NOT:
afterorigin coaching is a powerful partnership, but it's important to understand its scope. We are not medical doctors, licensed dietitians, or personal trainers, so we do not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medication, create strict meal plans, or design intense workout regimens. Our role is not to tell you what to do or hand you complicated protocols. Instead, we empower you to uncover your own solutions and integrate sustainable habits that work for your unique body and life. We complement, rather than replace, the care of your medical professionals.

Sofie is the founder of afterorigin. Her expertise as a Women's Health Coach is rooted in both personal experience and professional knowledge, with a comprehensive understanding of female physiology, nutrition, and lifestyle.

What does a typical coaching journey look like?

How much does coaching cost, and what are the payment options?
A single session is 1,250 kr, or a bundle of three is 1,000 kr each. Secure payment methods are detailed during the booking process.
What is the cancellation and rescheduling policy?
All booked sessions are non-refundable. Clients can reschedule as many times as needed, free of charge, provided they notify afterorigin at least 24 hours in advance.
How do I reschedule my session?
You can log in to your booking portal and change the date and time for sessions up to 24 hours before the session starts. The link to log in is in your confirmation email, or you can access the booking portal via the login button on afterorigin.com.
Is afterorigin coaching a substitute for medical advice or treatment?
No, afterorigin coaching complements medical care but does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Clients should always consult their doctor or a qualified healthcare professional for any health concerns.
Are coaching sessions in-person or virtual?
We offer both in-person coaching sessions in Kolbotn, Norway, and virtual sessions that you can attend from anywhere, making it convenient for you to participate.
Where can I find your office in Kolbotn?
We share an office with Gynekologene på Kolbotn AS, located in Kolbotn Torg on the 2nd floor. Use the staircase between Baker Nordby and Mester Grønn to find us.
How long is each coaching session?
Each session lasts for 45 minutes, providing ample time to dive into your concerns and goals.
How do I access the session after booking?
You’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details and the link to your booking portal. If you booked an online session, make sure to test your internet connection ahead of time.
How can I prepare for my coaching session?
Come with an open mind and any specific questions or topics you want to discuss. Reflecting on your health goals beforehand can be helpful.
What if I have specific health conditions?
We welcome women with various health conditions. Our coaching sessions are designed to provide personalized guidance that considers your unique circumstances. It's essential to share your health background during our discussions.
Can I combine coaching with other treatments?
Yes! Coaching can complement other treatments or therapies you may be receiving. We’ll work together to align your coaching with your overall health plan.
What if I feel uncomfortable discussing certain topics?
