What is after origin coaching?
After origin coaching focuses on empowering women to understand their bodies and achieve optimal health and hormonal balance. We provide personalized guidance tailored to your unique needs.
Who can benefit from coaching sessions?
Our sessions are designed for women aged 18-60 who are interested in nutrition and lifestyle medicine, facing hormonal challenges, or seeking to improve their overall health and wellbeing.
Is coaching suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! Our coaching is perfect for those new to the process. We will guide you through the experience and help you understand how coaching can benefit your health.
What can I expect during a coaching session?
You can expect a supportive environment where we focus on your individual needs. We will discuss your health goals, challenges, and strategies to help you make meaningful progress.
Are coaching sessions in-person or virtual?
We offer both in-person coaching sessions in Kolbotn, Norway, and virtual sessions that you can attend from anywhere, making it convenient for you to participate.
Where can I find your office in Kolbotn?
We share an office with Gynekologene på Kolbotn AS, located in Kolbotn Torg on the 2nd floor. Use the staircase between Baker Nordby and Mester Grønn to find us.
In which language are the coaching sessions held?
Coaching sessions are primarily conducted in English. If you're uncomfortable with English, I can do my best to conduct the session in Norwegian.
How long is each coaching session?
Each session lasts for 45 minutes, providing ample time to dive into your concerns and goals.
How do I book a coaching session?
You can easily book your session through our online booking system at booking.afterorigin.com. Simply select your preferred date and time.
What are the fees for coaching sessions?
The price for a single session is 1,250 kr. You can also book a bundle of three sessions for 1,000 kr each, totaling 3,000 kr, paid upfront.
What payment methods are accepted for booking?
Payment can be made online through the booking platform using credit or debit cards. Payment must be completed in full to confirm your session.
How do I access the session after booking?
You’ll receive a confirmation email with the link to your booking portal. If you booked an online session, make sure to test your internet connection ahead of time.
What is your cancellation policy?
All booked sessions are non-refundable. You can reschedule your session free of charge up to 24 hours before the start time. No-shows will not be refunded.
How do I reschedule my session?
You can log in to your booking portal and change the date and time for sessions up to 24 hours before the session starts. The link to log in is in your confirmation email, or you can access the booking portal via the login button on afterorigin.com.
What if I am late for my session?
Please ensure you arrive on time to make the most of your session. If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, the session is considered a no-show and will not take place. Any missed time will not be compensated.
Can I choose specific topics to discuss during the sessions?
Yes! You can bring any specific topics or questions you have in mind. Our goal is to tailor the session to your needs.
Do you offer any resources or materials?
Yes, we provide various resources, including tools and guides for nutrition, lifestyle changes, and stress management, to support your journey.
Can I share the materials or resources provided during the sessions with others?
No, all materials and resources provided are for your personal use only. Sharing them with third parties breaches the terms of our coaching agreement.
Can I record the session?
Sessions cannot be recorded unless we agree in advance. This policy protects both your privacy and the integrity of the coaching process. If you’d like a recording, please discuss it with me beforehand.
How can I prepare for my coaching session?
Come with an open mind and any specific questions or topics you want to discuss. Reflecting on your health goals beforehand can be helpful.
